We Tried 2 other agents, One was a agent that only lists homes & He never showed it. The 2nd agent was part time (we think) we could never reach her. Then my wife put her foot down & we talked to Carolyn Brown & Mike McNulty, Wow what a difference, They were professional, knew the neighborhood, all of the active homes, & sold homes, We Hired them and After 6 hours, Thats right 6 Hours we had a CONTRACT for Full Price no less!!!!! When they said they had someone looking for what we had I thought it was just sales talk, Well They walked the talk-and SOLD IT IN 6 HOURS at FULL PRICE!
