He loves living and working in the Lake Norman area, and his expertise is phenomenal.

Carolyn has lived in the Lake Norman area since 1979 and has acquired an extensive knowledge of the region. With a degree in Interior Design, Carolyn can offer clients wisdom about color and decor. She also has an enormous amount of experience in both commercial and residential projects. Her efficiency, organization, and customer service skills are extremely impressive. Carolyn's amazing attention to detail makes the real estate process a flawless as possible. Originally from Virginia, Carolyn now resides in the Lake Norman area with her son. She has a keen sense of what it takes to relocate, and prides herself in finding the perfect home for newcomers to the area.
